If you have plenty of spare time, give this lovely scarf a try!  Two colors are used, using 2 threads at once, to give this gingham look!  The designer has a great idea here.  Then she added a scalloped edge to the ends of the scarf.  I love it! Today I found a cute crochet pattern for the cat lovers out there!  I am guilty of being one of those people, I think I have to try this for my little black kitty.  This pattern is in Finnish, but the English pattern is written out at the bottom of the page.  This would most likely work for a small dog as well.
