Ah, 'tis the season to start thinking about cooler temperatures!  With a slight chill in the air, comes the wonderful world of crochet hats. This cool hat caught my eye due to it's colors and style. The classic knit work sock colors give this hat a traditional vibe, and the chevron stripe gives this hat a new twist on the accent colored stripe.  And not to forget that this hat looks knitted, but is definitely crochet instead! I love the color changes taking place in this beautiful crochet infinity scarf!  What's great about this design, is that it actually doesn't require several different color changes and yarn; but it's done by using one yarn with a gradient color change on it's own. My favorite colors right here, in this awesome corner to corner crochet blanket!  This particular design is for a baby blanket but would be easy to make larger.  However, this is still pretty amazing as a baby blanket, I love the diagonal pattern, it's sharp and trendy and would look great in baby's room!  What I love even more about crochet baby decor is that you can make it match your theme easily by using whatever colors you want.  This would be a lovely baby gift. I love the look of these crochet slippers!  They look stylish, cozy, and fun, and the pattern is written for all women's sizes, you can't go wrong!  I think this would be also another great project to use up yarn leftovers in the color work.  That's exciting, because I have a bad habit of keeping tiny scraps of yarn.  The slouchy effect of these slippers are cute, I am pretty sure this is being added to my "to make" list. The Christmas holidays are such a busy time for me, with having an excited 4 year old, keeping my house in order, preparing and planning gifts, meals, trips, and above most, crocheting custom orders and supplying a local boutique with my wears.  It was so much, that I was cramming items in right up until Christmas eve!  And I was exhausted!  And I thought that I couldn't wait to get a break from crocheting for once!  And here I am, three days later, feeling the urge to crochet....
