Finger Puppet Pals Crochet Patterns

Zebra by Moogly Blog Over the holidays, my daughter received finger puppets as a gift from her cousin.  She absolutely loves them, and talks to them, kisses them, and makes them talk to her other toys!  (She's 18 months old)  This inspired me to look for crochet patterns so that I could give her some more finger pals.   So today, I am bringing you not one pattern, but several!  There are too many cute designs, I couldn't just choose one! The Amazing Lionheart!

 I don't have a pattern for you today, but I have something really cool to show you! As winner of Artists taking the lead , (London 2012s Cultural Olympiad challenge), the Lionheart Project is one of 12 commissions across the nation. The Lionheart Project features three giant hand crocheted lions in a custom-built, mobile, glass case to travel around the East Midlands. These powerful sculptures reflect the region in both symbol and materials. Richard the Lionheart’s three lions crest is created using locally sourced Peak District wool, celebrating our rich textile heritage. Shauna Richardson is the artist.  She has invented what she calls ‘Crochetdermy’ which evolved out of the exploration of the theory that  ‘Anything can be art’.
