Tree of Life -free crochet pattern-

Image
I am currently writing a book, and it includes the Tree of Life. So this is a tiny part of the big picture.  I found it so fun to make (and easy!) that I want to share it with you today.  There are several things you could do with this, for example: you can make it the center of a mandala, turn it into a square and work it into any garment, or even crochet it over a hoop to make earrings etc. There's no limits to which yarn and hook you can use, it will just make it larger or smaller. I am very strict on the copyright for this pattern as it's part of a book, please read the copyright :) Copyright Farrah Hodgson, 2016. All Rights Reserved. Re-Tee Kids Dress -free crochet pattern-

I love this idea, and well, I'd make these for myself!  The plan is to use adult sized t-shirts with crochet edging to create cute kids' dresses, but I think an oversized shirt for the adult version would work just fine as well!  I really like this tutorial, and these girls look like they love their new dresses! Maya Purse -free crochet pattern-

This crochet purse caught my eye right away because it is absolutely stunning!  I love the use of color, and especially love how this bag is a stash buster. Imagine the color possibilities!  I like using random stash colors because the end result is sort of a surprise. While parts of the pattern are written out, you will have to use your head a bit in following the chart, but it's pretty easy to follow the color changes. This clever pattern is available in English and French. This is a Ravelry download.
