R2D2 Fingerless Gloves -free crochet pattern-

Image
This cute R2D2 Star Wars inspired crochet fingerless gloves pattern reminds me of when I was young! My mother would knit and crochet the most awesome mittens and gloves for myself and my cousins, which included Ghost Busters, and The Teeange Mutant Niinja Turtles for example, they were pretty cool!  These R2D2 gloves bring a bit of nostalgia to those of us who were into the original Star Wars, but these gloves also are "in" today, due to the resurgence of the new movies.  Designed By: Brooke Rabideau Skill Level: Easy Materials:  Size H hook I love this yarn in grey, blue, red, and black Crochet needle for sewing in ends Get the Free Pattern!

A pattern that includes instructions for mittens or fingerless gloves!  I really love the cuff on these mittens because of the lacy elegant look and the length.  They look cozy, and mittens of course are warm, but the fingerless variation is great for those times when you need free fingers, like pushing buttons on a cell phone, digging into your wallet, and buckling kids into car seats (to name a few). This pattern also includes child to adult sizing!
